On the morning of October 20, Liuzhou Yinhai Aluminum held the 24th Lecture of "Practice Institute of New Era Civilization" and the 11th Special Subject Learning Meeting of the Party Committee Theory Learning Center Group in 2020. 　　At the meeting, Liu Jie conveyed the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech at the opening ceremony of the training class for young and middle-aged cadres of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance), and Huang Qianbin, general manager of Liuzhou Yinhai Aluminum, learned Xi Jinping's important discourse on history, especially the history of the Party, the history of the new China, and the history of reform and opening up. Shi Shengmeng, secretary of Liuzhou Yinhai Aluminum Discipline Inspection Commission, read "Party Construction and Party Organizational Line in the New Era" from "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" (Volume III), and Li Jigang, deputy general manager of Liuzhou Yinhai Aluminum, read "Why is the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics Good" from "Face to Face with Chinese System". We all combined with their own learning experience, to carry out in-depth study and discussion.

Liu Jie stressed that the scientific path of training and growing up of young cadres has provided an important guideline for us to strengthen the construction of cadres in the new era, and put forward several requirements for implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech.
