After study, our company plans to sell the waste materials produced in the production process in 2020 (about 40 tons of waste oil and about 2600 waste oil drums, the above figures shall be subject to the actual quantity, and the quotation sheet is attached). We decide to invite your company to participate in the consultation and price comparison. The price comparison instructions for this inquiry are as follows:
1. The business scope of the business license of the recycling unit must include hazardous waste category HW08 and other contents.
2. The quotation requires the deposit of RMB 10,000 for price comparison. Please indicate on the transfer slip: Deposit for price comparison of waste oil recovery.
3. Before submitting the sealed quotation, please submit copies of the company's relevant documents, such as business license, legal person ID card, return receipt of price comparison margin remittance and tender quotation authorization, to our office for archival check and signing.
4. Time of Quotation: The quotation documents shall be delivered to our company before 12:00 a.m. on March 11, 2020.
5. Quotation letter requirements: the quotation unit is required to provide a set of paper quotation with the company's official seal. The signature of the quotation person must write the full name and shall not be altered, and the quotation envelope shall be affixed with the seal and the surface of the envelope shall be marked with the words "XXXXX Company" (full name of the company).
6. After winning the bid, the price margin will be automatically converted into the contract performance margin, and the payment for goods will be offset at last. Payment in advance, delivery later.
7. The recovery unit picks it up by itself, and the recovery unit is responsible for organizing the loading of transport tools and loading equipment.
8, pick up quantity: after receiving the advance notice of our business department, timely into the factory to load the car, to ensure that our production site waste materials do not backlog.
