After study, our company recently sold a batch of aluminum ash, the quantity: May 1, 2019 solstice aluminum ash produced during April 30, 2020, decided to invite your company to participate in the inquiry price comparison. The price comparison instructions for this inquiry are as follows:

1. The business scope of the business license of the recycling unit must include aluminum ash slag, aluminum slag or aluminum ash and other contents as well as other relevant environmental protection qualification materials (including photos and videos of production equipment and process).

2. Quotation requires the submission of a bid security of RMB 40,000, and please indicate on the transfer note: aluminum ash bid security for bid price. If the bid is abandoned, the bidder shall bear the corresponding liability and the deposit of RMB 40,000 shall not be returned.

3. Before submitting the sealed quotation, please submit copies of the company's relevant documents, such as business license, legal person ID card, return receipt of price comparison margin remittance and tender quotation authorization, to our office for archival check and signing.

4. Time of Quotation: The quotation documents shall be delivered to our company before 17:00 on April 16, 2019.

5. Quotation letter requirements: the quotation unit is required to provide a set of paper quotation with the company's official seal. The signature of the quotation person must write the full name and shall not be altered, and the quotation envelope shall be affixed with the seal and the surface of the envelope shall be marked with the words "XXXXX Company" (full name of the company).

6. After winning the bid, the contract performance security shall be paid at the value of *100 tons of the winning price, and the payment for the goods of the last 100 tons shall be offset before the deadline of contract performance. If the bid-winning unit terminates the contract in breach of contract midway, it shall bear the corresponding responsibility and the contract performance fee shall not be refunded.

7. The bid-winning recovery unit shall pick up the aluminum ash by itself and organize the loading of transportation tools and loading equipment.

8. Quantity and requirements of delivery:

(1) Aluminum ash produced on May 1, 2019 and before April 30, 2020;

(2) Complete the inventory of aluminum ash within 10 working days from the date of signing the contract;

(3) During the contract period, the goods must be picked up in time according to the on-site management requirements of our company, and no backlog of aluminum ash shall be caused;

(4) The inventory of aluminum ash must be cleared before the end of the contract.
