It is decided to invite your company to participate in the inquiry and comparison. The instructions for this inquiry are as follows:

1. The business scope of the business license of the recycling unit must include the recycling of waste materials.

2. The quotation requires the submission of a price comparison deposit of 10,000 yuan, and please indicate on the transfer form: waste recovery price comparison deposit.

3. Before submitting the sealed quotation, please submit the business license, legal person ID card, price-comparison deposit remittance receipt, and bid quotation authorization entrustment and other company-related documents to our office for filing and signing in.

4. Quotation time: The quotation documents must be delivered to our company before 12:00 on December 20, 2018.

5. Quotation letter requirements: The quotation unit is required to provide a set of paper quotations affixed with the company's official seal. The quotationist's signature must be written in full and must not be altered, and a seal with the official seal should be affixed to the quotation envelope, and the surface of the envelope should be marked. The words "XXXXX Company" (full name of the company).

6. After winning the bid, the price-comparison bond will automatically be converted into the contract performance bond, and finally set off the purchase price. Pay for the goods first, then pick up the goods.

7. The recycling unit shall pick up by itself, and the recycling unit shall be responsible for organizing the loading of transportation vehicles and loading equipment.

8. Pick-up quantity: After receiving the advance notice from our business department, enter the factory for loading in time to ensure that there is no backlog of waste materials on our production site.
